Very good program, lots of wonderful ideas about enlightenment and the spiritual life. Dr. Hawkins makes spirituality and enlightenment accessible to the regular person by giving useful and practical steps as well as revealing a way to discern truth from falshood. Overall it is a great program filled with powerful ideas that can change your life and in the process the world.

I started it and could not stop. My attention was grasped as well as keep to the end. I did not want the book to be over.
