Dr. Chopra: I want my listeners to realize that the human mind is literally infinite. We project our awareness into the universe like a lighthouse. Every thought you have is felt by everything in existence. Can we afford not to take full advantage of that fact?

To think that you occupy just a few cubic feet of space is pure illusion. I try to get people to break this illusion. Once you have the deepest insight - I am the universe - nature can deny you nothing!

Helps me to understand the body types and how to use the power of quantum healing to achieve perfect balance of mind and body. What I like most is the techniques Dr Deepak teaches how we can use the power of mind and harness the insights to gain perfect health and body, and state of mind

Love this book!

This book will definitely help you to create the right mindset for overall well being. I enjoyed listening to this book. You begin to get a glimpse of how powerful the human mind can be. He also gives the scientific evidence and description for his claims. It is very informative and I cannot say I was bored at any point in this book. I listened in parts so I was able to really take in what I heard. I recommend this book for people who are interested in the link between our physical, subtle and spiritual self.

I will have to buy the book to get the notes referred to in the book. Disappointing as I bought the book.
The reading by the author gave emphasis to the relevant issues.
I would recommend this book to people interested in their mind/ body / spiritual health. I will listen to it several times I expect..a lot of information to digest.

Great book with lots of information. Unfortunately with the audio version you don't get the worksheets that accompany the book. But overall the information really resonated with me.

I love reading Deepak's wisdom of life. This book seemed to resonate more than Synchrodestiny.
I appreciate the explanation of how our brain works. 'They' the doctors that said I would be dead if I don't do Chemo and treat me as though I've lost my mind. But thru faith and application I am the grateful proof your message is being heard. A heart felt THANK YOU for the Mission Statement! Love that stuff, affirmation God is in control and has me in his plan....😇🙏🕊
