A Life-Altering Book!

Wow! Just finished….starting back at the beginning, right now. Practical, well written and oh so useful.

just what I was looking for

This book popped up as recommendation. As someone who had done some mussar study before, it was the perfect way for me to deepen that study and practice. I highly recommend it for someone interested in making deeper their Jewish spiritual practice in this area.

Print would be better for practicing

Very good book but would be better if the pdf for the exercises were avalible

this is a must read

I actually added hardcopy to my library to be able to go back over time and time again. practical practice for spiritual growth. narrator has great voice to keep attention not put to sleep. Had hard time finishing because keep going back over chapters.
