Good - but get the book also

The price to purchase this audiobook is very low, so you've really got nothing to lose even though the format of the book is more geared to the physical book, which has sections where you can write the observations as you go through the exercises each day. The author was excellent, as was the narrator - but I suggest also getting the physical book.

Loved it! This is a great book to give you an introduction to mussar and to give you the information to make a plan to carry it out. Next step, read Everyday Holiness to carry out the plan and learn more about each midot.
