Finally!!

I managed to miss part two of Last Bastion of the Living when it was released. Asked Rhiannon about part two on Facebook, thought she took a little too long to write it. Then it turned out that it was ME who missed this. Apologies and THANK YOU for a fantastic series and a fantastic ending!

Enjoyed the book from start to end, and followup from the previous title in the series

After listening to the first book, I could not wait to begin this one. I was not disappointed! I look forward to more of Ms. Frater work...

Great Sequel!

so I wasn't sure how she was going to keep the story going after Maria and Duane's disappearance, and to be honest at first I wasn't sure how it was going, but then as usual I got sucked in, especially in the relationship between Lindsay and Torin! you almost had me at the end Rhiannon, but I was definitely happy and as this narrator has done another series by Rhiannon, I really like her as well!

more zombies.

the sex scenes were pointless. they did nothing to further the plot. they were way to long. there was more than one. Lindsey and Torrn became annoying. do not know why their romance was forced and way to much of it in this book. I'm talking hours of it. seriously this is a two book series. hours of their boring talking. also Torrn lead two squads and both of them completely wiped out. why would anyone put him in charge of another. he leads people to their death. while he survives. that's a person not being a good leader. he puts others in dangerous positions and they die. i wouldn't fallow him anywhere. than Lindsey has zero leadership experience. let's put her in charge of important missions lol. yeah no I wouldn't.
