Sweet as Sin

Kat and Niko are toxic. There were so many times Niko was so openly violent and abusive that I literally had to stop it because I was sick with how Kat just accepted it like she deserved to be treated so badly. Kat fed into his abuse and seemed to thrive on the drama of it. Sex isn’t a weapon and manhandled a woman is not ok EVER. This is an abusive story that tells women they should want to be treated with disrespect and hostility. I feel gross that I listen to it. So much that I’m writing my first review.

Rock On

What did you love best about Sweet as Sin?

I was looking for something to read after coming down from reading EL James's Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy high. On a whim I found this book at Amaon, read the description, and I had to read it! I was hooked.

What other book might you compare Sweet as Sin to and why?

There are a few books that I have fouond that are the same genre, but I always come back to this title! its one of my top 5 favorites

What does Teri Clark Linden bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The voice of Nico Nix fits his description, and makes him feel like he's real!! I wish I could be friends like Clohe , Kat and Grace

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would have, if I would have had the time!

JT Geissinger is such a great story teller. I felt like I was with the characters through everything they went through. She also has a great sense of humor and made me laugh throughout the book.

One of the best

This book held me from start to finish. The reading was excellent and I laughed or cried in all the right places. I recommend it highly to all lovers of rock star romance.
