Only book by this author that I have listened to. The story went so many weird places. I was so confused.

Really like the series

I like the DR series, but I have to say this because it's been eating at me. WHY does every girl in these stories have to be CARRIED?! Can't they just, idk, walk themselves? Other than the minor annoyances here and there, it's an addictive series.
