Publisher's summary

My creator once reveled in his mastery over life and death. He dug from graves, stitched me together, and brought me to life. However, he never anticipated how hard it would be to get good tech support. Frustrated, he shoved books in my face. After I ate a few, he then taught me to read.

Clever and witty!

Frankenstein: IT Support
By: James Livingood
Narrated by: Michael Gilboe
This is an audio book I got from freeaudiblecodes and the review is my own opinion.
It's a clever take on what the IT service personnel has to put up with in their jobs then add in a factor of one of those persons being a Frankenstein monster who loves his cat named Fluffy (who is really a dog).
I found it a short, clever and witty book. The narration was really good.

A Must-Read for people who work in Tech Support!

My rating: 5 stars
Audiobook narrator Michael Gilboe rating: 5 stars

This is a must-read for anyone who has ever worked in tech support. All of the phone calls that Adam gets have happened to all of us in tech support at some point in time. They were great and fun illustrations of what a tech support person goes through (even with requesting a satellite – I have had this request before).

I’m sure all tech support people have put in the support ticket some not-so-positive remarks and eventually those will come back to bite you!

What was even better was the narration of this book (it even included some music and sound effects). This was truly a fun and short read.

Thanks, James, for the free book!

IT Support has never been funnier

I have to first off say that while cleaning the garage during quarantine this story made my wife an avid anti fan of audiobooks lol. I can’t give a better review than that. It’s fun. It’s zany. It’s everything I’ve come to expect from James Livingood and as always Michael Gilboe is a one man production. What’s great is when you’ve heard his other stories and you go wait a second that’s the voice of “name a character” and it makes the book even more amusing. Loved it I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher

Try something else

Not real impressed with this book. The premise is okay but everything is pointless. Glad it was only an hour.
