I was looking for more instructional, informative, or even scientific guide and found that only the first chapter has some tips but all the other chapters are erotic short stories.

The first 52 seconds of this work were awful to the point of comedy. The narrator's voice sounds mechanical- almost as though being read by AI.
follow that with the least erotic attempt at describing the subject matter ever penned- i regret my couple dollars spent and hour wasted on this.
