Riveting True Crime

Fascinating from beginning to end, very well written, great narration, and a close look at "pure evil". Rick DeCaro, an obvious psychopath, ruins countless lives to satisfy his selfish needs. Thankfully, the Van Isaghems banded together to obtain justice. Melanie was my hero~what a strong woman~she (and the entire family) refused to give up and spent four years fighting for Liz. The four children made me so sad. DeCaro certainly deserved his sentence!

Hauntingly good!

This was so well written. There we're so many detail in this case and Bosworth lays it out masterfully. Without a doubt there is a slant toward Elizabeth's family but that's who he interviewed. This is highly detailed and covers three trials.

Good book

I really like books about real events. very good story. You can Google after finishing the book to learn more about the subject and learn of events that have occurred after the book was written.

True crime stranger than fiction

True story with twists and turns as strange as fiction. Well written and narrated, this tale is captivating and a very enjoyable listen, though it's subject matter is extremely dark.

This is a book that keeps you on the edge of your seat! Very compelling story. Well delivered.
