In Alberta, Canada, at the foot of Dead Horse Mountain, a space capsule is discovered - a capsule that shouldn't exist. Thirty years earlier, Dr. Jan Lee, American entrepreneur and space tourist, purportedly destroyed this craft when he blew up the International Space Station in an act of unexplained sabotage. That event has since inspired conspiracy theories ranging from espionage to alien invasion.
Special Agents Lauren Madison and Ellis Cole have been assigned to investigate. But inside the capsule they find an even greater mystery: the remnants of a three-decade-old time-messaging experiment that could, within days, usher in a new era of manned space travel - or ignite an unimaginable disaster.

Would you listen to Landfall again? Why?
Yes! This was a truly complex story line that was so well woven around itself, that I am sure I missed little clues back in the beginning. I'd love to go back and see what else I would spot. What did you like best about this story?
The explanations of paradoxesWhich scene was your favorite?
There is a scene with several airplanes that I liked in particular. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Any additional comments?
I liked the book, it fairly easy to follow and the story was enjoyable. I do wish the author would have given some more explanation into the FBI agents and there abilities. I was left with she can't miss and he's an amazing fighter for no real reason. Also the ending was a little bit boring (but that could be because I always expect something amazing from this type of story) I just felt that all the lead up didn't really amount to muchGood read

What did you like best about Landfall? What did you like least?
The attention to detail. Seems like the author did his research. Unfortunately some of the science was confusing at times. Had to listen to some parts a couple of times to be sure what was what. Thought some of the things special agent Cole did were unrealistic. What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The ending was ok. I thought everything was tied up nicely. What does Paul Heitsch bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He did a good job on the narration. Differentiated well between characters and male and female.Do you think Landfall needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No I think everything was pretty well wrapped up.Any additional comments?
