Day of Old Yet Delightful

No matter how old this book is and monotone the voice of Grover Gardner is, I learned a lot about God, scripture, love and faithfulness with and for God. In addition, my walk and journey here on earth.

Not a Lecture

The book discusses church, culture, and life with God at the center. Rather than hearing a lecture, you'll listen to an old Christian sharing the love of his heart.

I think this is a must read for every Christian

I think this is a timely read nowadays because the Church ihas misplaced it's focus from God to the benefits of God, i.e. what can I get out of the Church rather than what can I do think show my love God in the Church.

Powerful explanation of God

A. W. Towzer captures certain truths about God in such a easy to understand manner which stirs up the spirit of man about God.

Delighting in God

right to the heart of who God is! His words, though written in the 1950's, are so applicable for today.
