WOW!

I loved every minute of this story. There was so much emotion and the sex was great! Holly Fielding did a great job narrating it.

A love story for the timeless romantics

4.5 Crazy Ass Stars!!!!

I enjoyed this story immensely. I've been wanting to read this ever since I was introduced to Derek and Cotah in Raine and Dex's story in the 69 Bottles series. When I was offered the chance to review the audiobook, I jumped right on it.
Talk about steamy! In true Zoey Derrick fashion, she made my windows steam up on a snowy day.
My only complaint about the audiobook was that the narrator was so slow. I felt like it dragged. I changed to speed to 1.25 and that was so much better. I did enjoy the narrator's voice. I felt her transition between characters was smooth until she did Derek's POV. Sometimes her inflections were a bit too feminine. It was just in one spot that I noticed.
Overall, I enjoyed the story and am so happy I got their story. This is a definite 1-click in my book (pun intended).

Big Beautiful Hearts

This was my first listen of Zoey Derrick. I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy but I was more than pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the build up of the main characters as well as the supporting ones.
I listened to narrations by Holly Fielding before. While she isn't on my top 5 of female narrators, she was able to play Dakota perfectly. I find that I have to speed her up and listen to her at a speed of 120. Her male dominant voice didn't quite do it for me. I think this story would do to have a real man read the part of
⭐Derek/Orion.⭐Especially the epilogue and the hunt.
All that said it was a great distraction while sitting in chemo this week. I would absolutely listen to another book by Zoey Derrick. I would also listen to Holly Fielding again. She has a sweet and innocent quality to her voice. Which helps with character growth.
The above statement are my opinions and thoughts. If they help you decide to try this book great. If I enjoy a book even a little it's worth a few kind words. Really I'm an soooooooo thankful to authors and narrators for their talents because they help me and others not only survive but live this life with a little fun on the side.
