Clever short police procedural

I am surprised by the quality of this 4 hour detective mystery. The author is new to me as is the narrator. The author is obviously committed to writing detective mysteries without any use of crude language and without any sex scenes. That is unimportant to me; the quality of the story is. The author delivers.

Good Book, Poor Reading

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The narrator seemed to be very childish with his voices, it distracted me from the reading.

Excellent read .no nasty language. Great characters. Definitely planning to read more by this writer.

Goody too shoe book

Good plot but everything is so sweet and sugary sounding. Seems like the reader was adding to the sweetness.
Seems like a sea saw and everything is good and kind. Good plot. But sugar coating was bad. Cops are suppose to be tough.

I will try another book but if it same reader forget it.

Narrator needs to learn pronunciations, as several were incorrect. I expect better from my audio books...
