Great innovation

Would you listen to Canyon again? Why?

Absolutely; he keeps the story interesting, eventful and flowing.

What other book might you compare Canyon to and why?

Hard to say, I listen to lots of these type novels and I always know it was exceptional when I eagerly look for the next volume in the series. This was one of those types.

What about Kevin Pierce’s performance did you like?

I think I would enjoy Kevin Pierce if he was reading the phone book. Just saying; I have done searches just for what he has narrated and only turned one back in. He has that old Disney type folksy voice that people enjoy listening to.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Not really. Just liked the anticipation that he built into to story plot.

Exactly what I'd hoped it would be

This series is a great alternative to post apocalyptic norms. Well worth a listen. I listen to audiobooks while I drive and the narrator does a great job of taking me somewhere else. Kevin's voice is calm and he does a great job of bringing the story to life.

The trilogy gets better and better! Very engaging, original, and fascinating to read. I can't wait for book 3!

This was an enjoyable story. Good action and an interesting protagonist. I'd like to see the other characters fleshed out a little more but that will hopefully happen in subsequent books. I would recommend it to like minded friends. My only complaint is that at 7 hours I felt it was too short for its cost
