Surprisingly Amazing!!!

First I'll say that there are no spoilers in this review. This one was an unusual one for me; I was really irritated with the first half of this book. Wonderfully written and narrated, as always, but I was not happy with the way the author decided to take the story. That is until I intuited where the story was leading, then I found myself going with the flow and thoroughly loving it. I can't say much without giving it away, but this story has levels that makes it exciting, surprising, endearing, and super hot!! Another great addition to this series, and absolutely worth a credit!!

<br />Good Addition to a Good Series

This is another good one in the series. It had suspense, drama, twists and a little bit of sex. This book is right in line with the others in the series so if you enjoy them you'll enjoy this one as well. If your choosing to read this as your 1st from the series you'll enjoy it as well, it stands alone and there's no need to read in order if you don't want to. However if you're buying this book for Sebastian York be warned he only reads maybe 8 or 9 very SHORT chapters out of the entire 47 chapter book. Regardless, this is still a great read and worth the credit/$.

FABULOUS READ, FABULOUS NARRATION...

What did you love best about Beneath These Lies?

I love the plot twist in identifying who Rix really is and the surprising direction of Hennessy's life. And I enjoyed following the way Valentina emerges from the traumatized state that had her numbed out for a decade.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Beneath These Lies?

When Valentina confronts Rix in his part of town was especially enjoyable.

Which character – as performed by Andi Arndt and Sebastian York – was your favorite?

The narration of this book is awesome, both Andi Arndt and Sebastian York give another stellar performance through all the characters in this book. I can't pick a favorite, I loved them all!!!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Why would anyone leave home for a movie when they've got audio books????

Meghan March has a top notch series here, excellent author and I can't wait for the up-coming book about what happened to Hennessy after he left the NOPD.
Especially excited to know that Sebastian York and Andi Arndt will be voicing that one too. I have reread this series more than twice and wish that #1 could be redone with Sebastian York.
