this is my first David Hawkins material that I have listened to good collection and basic overview of his teachings this series of lectures are bound to allow you to delve deeper into your spiritual journey unfortunately since he has passed will not be able to experience that seminar live but his humor an overall delivery shines through in these recordings each chapter has a topic that is both timely and Paramount to a spiritual Seekers progress

If you don't have many of Hawkin's Lectures yet then I can recommend this collection

If you're looking for a start point in the David Hawkins teachings this could put you into context and can make the books easier to understand or at least to read.I have to point that it works vice versa also, the books can help you understand this better.At the end (Beginning) nothing is lineal.
