Life changing

When I was younger, I did not have the capacity to absorb this book. Perhaps I am just ripe for it now. I found the message to be right on target for me. The narrator's voice is absolutely perfect. I have listened to it over and over again in the car during my long commute and find it so helpful to bring in spiritual peace and relaxation.
