The narrator was so much more enjoyable this time around. His voice was soothing and he delivered the story with feeling. And don't get me started on that southern accent. *swoon* His voice was so smooth, it was like having it told to me by Matthew McConaughy. Holy smokes...it was sexy!!

book 2 focus is on Shady and how he is dealing and living with the death of his best friend and brother

shady trying to extract revenge on what he knows is his inevitable demise.

at the beginning of this book I felt it could not compare to book 1 but my belief in the talented Kim Jones paid off. twist turn and closure
