I like Mark Nepo. I've read most of his previous books. This one is good also. His words are beautiful poetry and the stories are heartwarming and thoughtful.

The more I see, the more I can understand. I understand myself better now and I am more open than ever before. Open to expanding the whole of me.
You're words flow so easily from your mouth to my ears but the work ahead is not easy. I am determined now more than ever to break the chains and live a full and free life.
