Can't go wrong with werewolves

Did Tainted Blood inspire you to do anything?

It produced a sort of confused yawn.

Any additional comments?

Maybe it was me, but I had a hard time following the story. It seemed to bounce around a lot without a clear purpose until the finale. There are a lot of related characters with a primarily Russian focus. It almost feels like there are too many plot lines woven into the story, some of which never seem to make sense. There are alternate dimensions, historical figures, some science, some magic, some religion, Russian mafia, spies and a werewolf of sorts. Somehow it just never came together and then it ended fairly abruptly and loosely.
Not horrible, but not something I'd listen to again or follow up if there was a sequel.

Murky Sorta Werewolf Tale

great narrator, unexpected story that you dont see from a mile away. perhaps a little much fluff added for length & backstory that keeps its epic gold parts from shining. But I won't fault it. still recommend

Cool story, different archetype

This book took me by surprise by how quickly it dragged me in and held my interest. Spies, mercenaries, organised crime and a werewolf in a well written engaging story where you never sure what is going to happen next. As you find out more about what is going on it pulls you deeper

The characters are well written and narrated, they are believable. I loved the fact that each character has different knowledge and they can be contradictory or missing bits.

On the strength of this book I would be more than happy to listen to a book written by the Ferrel D. Moore or narrated by Paul Fleschner as they have both done a great job here.

A great and truly unique story that is well worth a listen.

Not your normal werewolf story

Sveta, a Russian intelligence officer, smells a rat when she is ordered to kill a prisoner being held in a cage. Acting on instinct she turns rogue, frees the prisoner and helps him escape. The tale takes us on a paranormal adventure, complete with werewolves and ancient history going back to the Tsars of Russia. Quite interesting; stay with it.
