The author covered all the bases on fasting and praying when you fast. Th prayers were scripture based and everthing he said had a scripture reference. I loved it! I'm going to listen to it again to build my faith wben I fast.

Great book. I’m glad i found this book- but the reader was not the greatest. That’s all I can say…

This is sooo good.

I have a much better understanding of the purpose of fasting as I’m fairly new to my walk with Christ. So I loved the use of scripture and the paste of the reading. This way I was able to comprehend each word and was also able to look at the scripture and further enhance my knowledge. Truly a good listen. Highly recommend this audio book especially if you need spiritual deliverance.
