Main character is unbelievable. Won't hit a female who's trying to kill him, really?

The team is back and the action continues. If you read the first three books and you felt they were only, (I felt they were GREAT) ok, for one credit it is worth completing the series by buying this four-book set. You know the characters and the excitement they bring to the story. The stories are paranormal mysteries which involve great fast-paced action while solving paranormal crimes featuring witches, werewolves, demons and hell. Continue to read and enjoy. You definitely want to see what happens when Caesar finds himself involved with a three way love affair.

Best buy for the stories

I liked most of the stories. A few were entirely too predictable. As usual Jeffery Kafer does an excellent job.

Cesar Hawke and his colleagues fighting against demons and trying to solve supernatural problems. Once again he had face politics within the order and also facing family problems. Interesting and kept me interested. Will look forward to more boxed sets in this series. Worth a credit. Jeffrey Kafer as usual performed wonderfully. Made the plots most enjoyable. SM Reine is a good writer though I feel there was a bit too much "f..." Word being used. Otherwise the plots are good.

Entertaining. Good action and witty dialogue.
