On the edge of a cliff

I was gifted a copy in exchange for an honest review.

That being said, I listen to 3-4 books a week and A Zavarelli and Tracy Marks are on autonomic download for me. Although there is a cliff hanger with this read, I enjoyed the entire ride, even when the subject matter was hard core. I felt the teaser was spot on.

Tracy brings each character to life for me and each has a unique sound within the book. I am very much looking forward to the next segment.

Ok, I found several parts of this book to be very similar to FSOG, in saying this I still enjoyed it but I felt at times like I was having flashbacks. LOL

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yeah I pretty much did listen to it in one sitting, I`m a big fan of this author and Tracy Marks they work well together.

Loved it!

Several twists in the story. Similar initial story lines to other books like it - man with emotional issues, innocent girl, dominant situation. However it was different in other ways. She learns her independence and how to distrust those she previously trusted. Definitely going to buy the next one.

Very dark romance

This is indeed a very dark and twisted romance. The story centers around a set of twins caught up in the middle of two mafia families. Brighton the girl is loved by the son of the other family and her twin brother is in a battle with him. There are many dark sex scenes in the story and even though it is more than eight hours long it ends with a cliffhanger. I got this ARC via audiobook boom

Dark and Light

God damn one person can only take so much!!! A Zavarelli you just put me in the washer and purposely left me on the spin cycle!! I read a few reviews before I bought this book and most of them compared to 50 shades. THIS BOOK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 50 SHADES. this book is UNIQUE and STAND ON ITS OWN MERIT. I was kept on the edge of my seat from beginning to end and the cliffhanger oooohhh boy that was a biggie. I'm like Norma right now clawing for my next fix lol.Tracy Marks is a a god send, her narration is impeccable she is able to bring every character to life. This book definitely worth a credit if you don't have it get it!!!
