I've literally read hundreds of books on self-help and hundreds of books on spirituality - but this is both - and one of the all time greats. Barbara is in the 4th decade of her career and her wisdom and insight just keeps getting riper and juicier. Her wisdom is very practical and down to earth because she teaches through sharing her own life experiences and those of her students. One of the biggest aha moments you'll have is that love is not an emotion and it's not something that you get from someone else - it's an infinite field of energy that is always available to you - and all you have to do is open to it. Get this book! Read it! Do the exercises! Finish it and read it again, because there so much wisdom and practical insight on how to manifest more love in your life, that you'll never be able to absorb in just one reading!

Beyond Valuable

There's no description that can do this audio book and it's message justice. There's powerful healing love within that has to be experienced rather than explained.
