The hope of God through adversity and in the mundane

This is a beautiful book about experiencing the hope of God in the good and in the bad. It is so sweet and kind of Katie to share her life in Uganda with people around the world. I find it very encouraging how she is able to illustrate how the Lord works in the extravagant along with in the everyday duties of life.

God glorifying

Absolutely beautiful. Katie’s transparency and vulnerability is beautiful. Such powerful reminders that God’s happy endings do not always look like our happy endings. He receives the glory and I praise Him better because of this book.

Hope

I love this book because it’s real. Life gets hard. Sometimes there’s disappointment upon disappointment. But God’s still good and we’re not alone, and this book is the perfect testament to that💕

Loving God with all our heart, mind and soul look like this.

This book has impacted my faith in ways that astound me. I am truly inspired by this young woman, her family and the life that she leads! I pray that I might be able to live my faith like this when difficulties arise.
