Could you push past your limits to survive the apocalypse?

After the deadliest virus known to man, law and order have collapsed. The surviving few are left to find their way among the ashes of civilization. Chaos reigns.

What if your preparations weren't enough?

Nick thought he was ready. He has a lodge in the mountains in New Mexico, packed full of supplies and ammo. He thought he could protect his family, but the virus took them anyway. Soon, he finds others that rely on him. With everything lost, can he find the strength in himself to go on?

Could you face your greatest fears?

Liz is trapped in Albuquerque. A dangerous battle rages around her, and she doesn't have long to live if she stays. The only way out is through the mountains, and there's only one man who can take her. But can she put her faith in a stranger's promise?

Only a few survived the outbreak, but that was just the beginning. Now they'll have to fight harder than ever to stay alive.

Fight to Survive is book one in a post-apocalyptic thriller series about people pushing past their limits as they try to survive the end of the world.

Good book. I like the group of survivors that finally meet up. I've listened to this narrator before. He continues to impress me. I received this audiobook for free through Audiobook Boom for my unbiased review.

This book was buried in the mass of titles I have on my phone. I had forgotten about it. It was amazing. I read a lot of books in this genre. Dave Bowman has been a favorite for a while. So glad I dug deep & looked for things I’d missed.
Can’t wait to read or listen to more in this series. Narrator was great too. (Andrew Tell always is)
The characters are true and make mistakes like any of us could.
I loved the smiling laughing deaths.... great new idea. Want to know more about the virus.

I was voluntarily provided this review copy at no charge by the author, publisher and or narrator.

Not a bad addition to the apocalyptic horror genre; a bit overly dramatic at times by the narrator, but not too bad. This is your typical virus gone viral killing 95+ percent of the world’s population. Those that remain are immune and now must face the overwhelming task of survival. The story transitions from Nick in El Paso to Liz in Albuquerque and back again; typical format for this genre. Ultimately the two join up and then it’s the struggle from meeting the good and the bad to finding safe housing in which to wait out and survive the crisis. The characters are thinly developed and naive, but likable. It appears this is the first book of a series, but I don’t see myself investing more time into this story. Three.point.five for the effort. Typical but not too bad.

This promises to be a good series. The basic plot is strangers that fate has put together due to a massive killer flu.

The characters are interesting 2 males and 2 females and a 9 yr old girl. The one fellow has his act together for the most part the other is the life of the party it seems.

The females one is a bit manipulative but solid otherwise and seems very bright. The other female is a generation Z type and clueless and the most frustrating character ( its all about me type) . The young girl is a prodigy

What makes the story interesting is the interaction. None of these people i could see getting along all that well much less friends. But they band together for safety in numbers and at times the differences cause friction ; Everyone is dealing with grief and loss as well

There is some violence but it is not over the top.
The narrator I have not heard before but he was good.He uses inflection thats varies for the females which makes it easier to associate characters with voices.

This is a series that based on the first book will be a good one

I was given this book to review by the author. My opinions are honest and what I thought and felt while listening
