OMG

The narration brought the story alive. The voice was absolutely amazing one of the best books with a twist that I’ve ever read.

I enjoyed this story!

I really enjoyed this book.
The mysterious happenings really intrigued me. I loved the
effect that Julia’s innocence had on Jonas. There were a lot of twists and turns in this story but I felt it was starting to lose the main story that I was really enjoying. I usually hate cliffhangers but in my case book 2 was already published so I could quickly move on.
While I loved the idea of this story I felt at times it was a little redundant and with that a little longer than it needed to be.
The narration was amazing!

Interesting

The story was intriguing and kept my interest peaked. Some of the writing was a bit redundant but not enough to take away from the storyline. The reading left me wanting. I didn’t like the readers use of a cadence through the whole story. The story itself is definitely worth a read

Mind boggling and mysterious.

This book is amazing! It is a cliffy tho, so beware. I listened to Audible version and I just love to listen to Tracy perform these characters. I swear she made the story even better for me. I love her male voice. So sexy!
This story is complex with so many feels. So mysterious. Attraction/heat. Motherly (nanny) love. High sexual energy. Prayer and moral values. I was very wary of Jonas, I just couldn't trust him. Yet, I loved Julia and Sidney so much, I wanted him to be genuine. This has been one of my favorite reads of this year! I have listened to two books from this author and have loved them both! They stick around well after you have read them.

Intense

The book left me wanting more. The last two words were not what I was expecting and now I need to know what happens next. The characters were captivating and I still don’t completely understand Jonas. I look forward to book 2 in the series.
