basic and corny

It is a pretty basic story line with somewhat of an interesting character but the writing is so corny... unnecessary details about weapons and not really believable military descriptions. Joe (main character) is a widower but he's also flirty and cheeky with EVERY female character in the story line. not everyone is a potential love interest or needs to have tension between them. I f I could give this book zero stars I would.

Definitely not my cup of tea

What a foolish story. It’s trying to be a James Bond type of thriller, but the premise is ludicrous. Maybe a 24-year old male fresh out of the Army could enjoy it, but I found it boring with too many characters to keep track of. And the narrator has a very annoying speech pattern that never varies. I made it through more than half of the book, but just couldn’t take any more.
What a waste of a credit.
