Not only is the agency facing scandals from within, low morale, and an ever-present media looking to capitalize on the slightest misstep, the agency also has to contend with highly motivated bad guys who are already working on technologically advanced methodologies and are constantly striving to formulate the logistics of an attack on the White House. Eventually terrorist planners will find a way to acquire the technology, weapons, explosives, and know-how to make an attempt on the life of the President. The only question is "What are we going to do about it?"

Bongino’s matter of fact style and the true nature of the story. His ideas for improving the SS hopefully will be instituted some time soon.

We need changes now

Dan’s analysis is more timely than ever especially given what we have witnessed during the last four dystopian years. We must summon the strength and face these challenges before something terrible happens.

This is not a book of collective stories. It is a former Secret Service member's idea of how the Secret Service needs to change to improve and better its self as the world's best security service.
