Absolutely loved the book. Very easy to understand and explained in a systematic manner. It caused an explosion in our sex life and marriage. As for me it helped me drop my usual inhibitions and shyness and I was then easily aroused. It also helped me overcome any resentment I had towards my husband and helped me several him better.
