It was nice to hear more about the couples. But the narrator did not fit the story. Her voice took away from the story significantly.

I love the collection but the narrator was all wrong she was hard to listen to. She made the characters seem to old not the 20 and 30 somethings that they are.

I enjoyed the original stories, and will read any other full-length ones in the series; HOWEVER…these honeymoon stories are just too much of the same dang things over and over ad nauseam! Ughh! And they’re made that much worse without Fran Jules.

Why did you bother…if you weren’t going to give us the quality we’d become accustomed to? Seriously…and just how many times do we need to hear the very same pretend insults? Just…NO. Too far. Too much…and not enough substance. I’m disappointed.

Another lovely dip into the world of Bradford! A bit over the top, but isn’t that how we love our Bradfords?! Of course this book is lots of fun, but beware! Don’t read this or any of the honeymoon from hell books immediately after reading the regular Bradford series. This is a new narrator. If you read any of these honeymoon from hell stories narrated by Mackenzie Hart right after reading the regular series narrated by Fran Jule, you’ll be disappointed. Ms. Hart does an ok job and you can still enjoy the books if you haven’t just listened to Fran because lets be real here, Fran is the bomb!!! You really don’t want her fresh in your head because there is no comparison to her narration, she’s truly gifted. Having said that, the stories are still good, of course, it’s RL Mathewson and her stories are awesome!💖

Love all the honeymoon stories.. I laughed the entire time! The narrator wasn’t off putting though.. Her voice is that of a grandma so it was like the material didn’t sound right in her old tone.
