Great book but the ending no no . I didn’t like it! Needs a better story ending.

After all the things the MC went through....

I think she deserved a happy ending. Especially since I can't find a Book 2. And without "spoiling" too much info, towards the end the outcome could have easily been better. Someone escapes after being surrounded and shot. Because he miraculously turns into the Incredible Hulk Nigga and gets the upper hand?? When you listen to the book you'll understand why I say that. However I say again, the MC deserved a Happy Ending after all the losses and triggering stuff she went through. Should've have just killed her off, that would have been better than the current cliffhanging ending. Still a good book and worth the listen, but be prepared if you are like me and get attached to the characters. The guest author is definitely a pro at character development.
