Cute Christmas story

This was a cute and sweet Christmas romance. I liked listening to it. I have not read or listened to any other books by this author before. i would read or listen to another book by her. This story isn't for everyone though due to the insta-love and slight Christian theme within the pages. I liked that despite the insta-love aspect of the story there was a challenge for the characters to get over. I also liked the narrator. She was easy to listen to. I would recommend the book to anyone who enjoys a quick, easy, and fun romance book to listen to or read.

This was a lovely Christmas short story. There is a weekend Dickens festival in a small town in Texas where Rachel meets Charlie, a reporter forced to cover the festival. They spend the time together and Charlie gets caught up in Rachel's enthusiasm -- guess what happens!. This romantic story has Christian undertones but they are not overbearing. The recording quality sounded slightly hollow. I was given a free copy of this Audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Very sweet Christmas romance with well developed characters and an interesting story. Narration was perfect and really brought these characters to life.

Christmas spirit!

I can listen to Christmas stories all year long, and this one is the perfect length to start me thinking about the holidays! Rachel is off to fulfill one of her dreams in of going to Dickens on Main in Texas, she had no idea just what kind of present she would get. Always wanting to experience the joys of a true Dickens experience has been one on her list, but when she gets to her hotel and her room has been given away, she is upset to say the least. In walks Charlie, the man who inadvertently has been given her room.Now the fun begins! From the start, these two have some chemistry. Charlie is a reporter, but this kind of story about Christmas is not his forte. He decides to see it through Rachel's eyes.What a fun story this is! So much holiday spirit, lots of entertaining things to do and a slow burn romance to make the holidays brighter. With a little twist, this clean romance will surely get you started in your holiday mindset and get those carols playing!

This is my first narration by Kate Tyler. I enjoyed her narration, she has a good pace and great character voicing. I look forward to her next romance performance.
