Welcome to Dead Island, home of the Mexican drug cartel led by Bob the Butcher. In an act of retribution our government sends a Special Forces team to Dead Island to eliminate the cartel. Meanwhile, the crazed cartel scientist is experimenting with a WWII German virus. We all know what will happen don’t we? When the SF Team gets there they’ll have more to deal with than the cartel banditos. All-in-all a pretty good story with plenty of action. Operation Zulu: Dos. This is a great example of the genre, fast paced lots of blood and guts. With lots of sub plots coming together. And fun to listen to, the military black humor is wonderfully portrayed by Andrew Wehrein, who as always is great at this apoc genre.
Great fun to read or listen too, I highly recommend this .

Great series. Engineered drug to increase addiction and keep its users alive longer has created a zombieapocalypse. A group of special ops mercenaries are deployed without knowing what has begun. Their mission? Get the cartel butcher that has been committing horrible attrociites. The part that stinks? A commander who is corrupt and the fact that they have to leave the cartel leaders replacement in charge of the facility. Mariachi bands, pinatats, zombies and more. Great way to kick off the zombie apocalypse. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher
