I've Always Loved Jesus-Mary Was Very Hard for Me

I will read and reread this book. This book gives greater context to my Christian life because it shows me the extent to which the context of Jesus life is Mary.
I spent several years after returning to my Catholic faith with no understanding of how I would ever understand Mary. Oh, and from that time until reading this book, I realize my relationship with God had been lacking the full context needed to understand my faith.
We all come from earthly parents, the first among these are the first Adam and first Eve. Now I more fully understand my new family. The New Adam is Christ, and the New Eve is Mary.

Fantastic book!

This book was very informative, and will open your eyes to the importance of Mary to the Christian religion. Jesus was speaking to us from the Cross about his Mother. This book links the old testement to new testement in regards to the foreshadowing of Mary's role to us in modern times. I highly recommend this book.

i found some facts interestering on praying to Mary. but some are complicated and do not convince me. but recommend lustening to the book.

This book taught me a new appreciation for the mother of Jesus

This book was written by a Catholic Bible scholar who had to defend his Catholic beliefs in regard to Mary to a Baptist minister. It taught me so much about why we as Catholics have such high regard for the mother of Jesus.

A must read for Catholics & non Catholics as well

Pitre helps you understand more fully about Mary and your relationship with her which ultimately brings you closer to Christ her son. He gives biblical (Old and New Testament) facts and demonstrates correlations between the two that open both your eyes and you heart. Vivat Jesus!
