Suspenseful

The start of this book was very slow and at first, I was not interested. Then the story took off and it got me hooked. Just when I thought I figured the story out it took an unexpected turn. The book kept me in suspense with a surprise ending. The narrator did a marvelous job portraying the characters.

this one was really good. Loved the setting and the storyline. makes me want to see what else happens with mother and son

Enjoyable

I loved Danny's birthday gift to himself. The planned chaos and unselfish gift to those he felt should get what they needed to be content with life.

Unnecessarily overcomplicated

Not too bad, but so over complicated. Interesting idea though. Clearly a lot of work and thought went into this book

Wait for it (surprise ending)

Bleak Harbor is an amazing and touching story. The ending is will surprise and entertain readers equally. Happy reading!
