Fun and a short read

story makes you really appreciate the things you have and any book that make me take a lesson back in to my own life is something i can respect.

Very sweet

The is a sweet story. There are some definite laugh out loud moments and some where you just smile. A little lengthy for what it is but entertaining.

What If

Helen has been married for almost 20 years and feels her life is dull and uninteresting. She’s invited to a wedding in Rome where she is reunited with an old friend and also her ex-boyfriend, who she feels is “the one who got away.” Seeing him brings up all the old feelings and she wonders “what if.” I think most women, especially 40 something women, can relate to this story. We all have moments where we question our lives and the decisions we’ve made. This was my first book by Charlotte Roth, it was well written with relatable characters.
Brenda Scott Wlazlo did a good job with the narration, giving each character their own voice.

Enjoyed this storyline

I enjoyed listening to this book and listening to the narrator.
Happy sad and everything in between.
I was given this book for my honest review.
