Great coaching book

One of the must reads for people learning about coaching. Highly recommended. I supplemented hard copy with this audiobook to get most of it

possible new career

the chapters that are listed in Audible do not line up with the book chapters... they are in the proper order and such but chapter 12 on the audible list may be really chapter 10 in the book itself. definitely easier to listen and follow along in book vs just one or the other.

Excellent book for anyone interested in coaching.

This book was a great introduction into the world of coaching. I only wish there were more sample coaching sessions. It’s great for any level of coaching or if you need a review.

Lots of information

There is a tremendous amount of information in this book for the reader to absorb and apply. This can be done by listening to this book all day, but the only way to get any benefit out of it is to do the work. Or you can follow what a college professor told me to do when reading a book. Read the book from cover to cover then wait a week and read it again, then in three, six and 12 months. If you do this you will get the most out of a book or whatever you are working on learning.

Personally the only way I’ve found is to jump and try. I have been working with this since Colette Baron-Reid suggested this book in her coaching course. It's not easy and it will cause you to change as a person. As you change by applying what's in the book to yourself you’ll change the lives of many others. As the book says this isn’t easy, but it’s a choice to keep working on it (paraphrased).
