The planes break, the regs break, metal gets bent, students are lost at sea, and a Top Gun wannabe student, who has 400 hours of flight instruction, still hasn’t made his first solo flight.

CFI!: The Book is an over-the-top satirical aviation comedy that’s loosely based on real-world experiences of flight instruction, but if the FAA asks, this is all strictly fictional.

Hilarious and amazing story.

It was great. I, as a CFI too, can assert that these kind of things happen usually.

Finished in 3 days I was hooked right away!!

Excellent book, I'm very skeptical on purchasing books and they let me down, but not this one. From start to finish I enjoyed every moment of it and I highly recommend this to people in the industry.

Didn’t even finish it. Narration was annoying

Sorry, but this wasn’t a favorite. The stories were entertaining (if not a bit exaggerated), but the narration was not good. My husband is a pilot and aviation buff and after giving in an hour into it to give it chance, he asked me to find something else. Money wasted.

Hilarious and enjoyable

This book was well written, and well read. Great job keeping it interesting for pilots but still basic enough for non-aviators. I laughed out loud at every chapter!
