refreshing

loved it. finally something different no cliches. needed more of the kink exploration for me.

Surprisingly enjoyed

When I first started listening I was unsure if I would like the book and promptly stopped, but I am glad I picked it back up. This book was wonderful and I love that it has a strong female protagonists. I liked how the book made me feel sad for the characters but used that to build a love story that made me grin from ear to ear.

Lacking

It had great potential but fell short. A male voice would have helped the dynamic.

Not Your Usual Histo-Romo.

I liked the uniqueness of this novel and characters. Narration was better than I expected.

Unique Story!

I really enjoyed this book. The narration was great and I loved the characters. The only reason this wasn’t a full 5 stars was because I wished there was little more communication and less angst. The didn’t even explore the unique urges/needs together until the end of the book and it was only once. I wish there was more exploration of their dynamic together throughout the book. Overall, I really enjoyed the story.
