A lethal game of vengeance.
Waiting for things to cool off after eliminating an al Qaeda terrorist cell, Raina Storm, CIA's deadliest operative is in Bangkok with her daughter.
But when a Russian internet troll-farm wreaks havoc, circulating rumors that Raina and her team killed the leader of Colombia's largest drug trafficking organization, unexpected enemies surface. And a past adversary with a thirst for revenge is hell-bent on hunting down the team.
He won't stop until he kills Raina Storm.
A new action-packed crossover series featuring Raina Storm and characters from Kim Cresswell's award-winning Whitney Steel romantic thriller series.

Another well-written story from a very good author

The danger is real for Hal and Raina as they travel to Russia to try to find out who has put a bounty on their heads. Again, the detail of the country they’re visiting is lush with small details. As always, I was rooting for Raina and Hal to succeed in their mission.
Sarah L. Colton is a great choice to narrate the Raina Storm books. She handles Raina, her daughter, and the former FBI officer Hal with talent. She is a fabulous narrator. Overall, a great listen.

Super suspenseful

This is a spin off of the Whitney Steele series but that aside Raina is interesting enough she can have her own series. Raina used to be a assassin but she put it aside now that she is a mom, but she keeps getting pulled in because she is a mom. This book is so full of action and suspense, that you won't be able to put it down, it will keep you up way past your bedtime to see what happens next, and if you are like me and get the audio version you will start hanging out in strange places just so you can get a few more minutes in any where you can, because Sarah Colton is a wonderful narrator and makes you feel as though you are part of the team, so of course you have to be there to stay and help with next mission right?
