Recommended to readers of Adventure Romance; lots of action (wreck & cave diving) with a touch of humor & bit of paranormal. I’ve read the series previously & enjoyed listening to the audio now. A great, easy listening “escape” read. I’ll listen again.

If you love fast-paced danger & suspense laden...

If you love fast-paced, danger and suspense laden adventures as two people fall quickly for each other, then this story is for you. Morgan is one tough cookie and I can understand her frustrations at finding a man who isn't intimidated by her strength and ability to take care of herself...luckily Zach loves those characteristics in her and fate puts them together on the journey of a lifetime so they can find their own HEA they never believed in. Stella Bloom did a terrific job bringing the story to life.

My favorite of the series.

Love this one!! So much action! Love the characters. Its a different take as its Morgan (the female) who is the tough one and Zach seems like a needy guy but secretly he is strong as well. I enjoyed so much about this book. Its different (a small bit) from this authors normal storyline which I liked. Also who are those guys in black? Stella Bloom did a wonderful job on narration.

This one has been my favorite so far.

Love and sacrifice

With Morgan and Zachary’s story, Anna Hackett demonstrates what all men and women want, to love and be loved !! Morgan has been disappointed with relationships time after time so she becomes a serial dater, while Zachary’s disillusionment with relationships stems from abuses he suffered as a child. However, together they lower their defenses and take a chance on love!! Their instant attraction develops into a loving connection. Stella Bloom’s performance shows the inner turmoil, anxiety and courage it takes to overcome obstacles and experience greater opportunities!!

I want to be Morgan Kincade when I grow up. No, really! She's smart, beautiful and deadly - what's not to love?! Morgan has been a part of the series since book one (Undiscovered) and here we get to see beneath her tough as nails exterior to a character that is all female and as tough as her public persona. As such, she needs someone who is strong enough not to be intimidated by her. Introducing Dr. Zach James (think Indiana Jones) who, while maybe not as scary as the THS crew (they are pros after all), I feel strongly that he could give them a run for their money. As with the previous books in the series, the action is fast and the chemistry is off the charts! Stella Bloom knocks it out of the park with her narration on this one.
As I have said before, if you love action, history and a touch of the unexplained, this is for you.
