I really enjoyed the main characters and the various adventures they went on to find Love and romance. As a soon to be silver single I find these types of stories encouraging and this one kept me laughing. I thought the ending a bit too contrived and disappointing, but I suppose she had to end up in a traditional way.

As an older woman, I found this book very relatable. It made me laugh out loud several times as Tess faced many of the sobering issues aging, single women face.
