Steve doesn’t know who he is.

Or who he was.

Other than a vast open field of dirt.

All Steve knows is that he’s apparently supposed to build a farm. At least that’s his only workable assumption. Given the number of farm-tools left to him. That and the massive number of sacks full of seeds.

Unfortunately, this isn’t even the strangest part of this new life.

Hidden inside the farm tools, Steve finds messages. Messages that appear in floating windows in front of him.

Messages from his past self, telling him that he’d already failed once.

But he has no idea what he actually failed at. Or how he can succeed this time.

Beyond all this, and unfortunately for Steve, the world just underwent a radical change. A change that’s going to have Steve fighting the undead, bandits, nature, and even himself. All while the world falls down around him.

And the only weapon he has is an axe.

Ok another fantastic book!

This is another excellent book from Randi Darren! I don’t know how he draws me into a book so quickly and in so many facets. I would love to know where this book fits into his universe but of course that’s the mystery! There is a whole lot here to build on and I can’t wait for it but of course I will have to which leads to the frustration if this universe was complete it would be to large to start and because I started near the beginning I must wait. I love the books!
Andrea Parsneau did another excellent job, I can’t wait for the next book to listen to Her marvelous narration! I’ll save a credit and hope it comes soon!

Really love this gentleman's style and choices of readers. Another excellent series is begun here and I can't wait for the next part.

A lot more sexual than I was anticipating, but was still a fun read and I enjoyed it.

Another Great Book by Randi Darren

This is another great book by this author and the narration by Andrea Parsneau is top notch as usual. This isn't my all time favorite book from him, and I'm not sure I enjoyed the pace, but still good. I enjoyed it far more than I expected based on other reviews. If you like this genre and writer you should absolutely enjoy this book as well.
