Anna B. Thompson died on March 13, 2021 and the world is a more lonely place without her. I am so grateful that she and Kev Thompson have her legacy continue in these beautiful meditations. Kev continues to create more meditations himself. Check them out. I have recently been diagnosed w/dementia. I don’t know what kind of dementia as of yet. I’ve recently learned that there are over 100 types of dementia. I have already started to b proactive in my search for therapies to help stop the progression of this disease. When I came upon this 528 Hz Silfeggio Meditations. I have been listening to this audiobook while I sleep. With the hope that this therapy will help to rewire the parts of my brain that r damaged.
