Very easy Stan real estate economy

Reading this book mid December, very interesting how he explains the peak cycle that we were in going up towards the recession cycle

This book helps you 1) understand the different stages of the market 2) know which strategy to use based on the stage of the market that you are in.

This book provided an awesome breakdown of the real estate market and economic cycle. It gives a full view of the market form several different perspectives (buyer, seller, investors and financing).

This book will help you determine what stage of the market/economy you are in and how to identify what is coming next. It's extremely helpful if you are looking for the knowledge on how to monitor the factors that will shift the market so you can plan your next business strategy to stay prosperous. I love this book and am implementing set triggers to help stay ahead of the game!
