This procrastination book focuses on the fact that it is not really about procrastination but creating habits to make your life easier. For example, this may be keeping tools available for recording your thoughts and ideas as soon as they come to mind so you do think about anything besides the task at hand. It also offers techniques for organizing tasks.

This is a great book. Good techniques to constantly practice. I had to read it twice but planning on reading more so I can incorporate and be the master of my own destiny.

Probably the most important part are the section after the uncalendar on focus and meditation. I ignored it on the first read but practiced it a few times after second read and it made a world of a difference.

No lighten, simply great strong efficiency counsel. Some of it is fundamental and normal learning nowadays, yet a superb update, in addition to the creator includes a ton of smart thoughts, new twists on the subjects, and activity things that are anything but difficult to execute generally. Will peruse once more. Great asset for my virtual library of profitability books.
