Short and to the point, a starting point. This audiobook is the real deal for those who want to make changes in their mental health and environment for good. It is clear, to the point and provides simple advises that inspires self-application of the main points. I had personally used the info in it to help pull myself out of the slippery slope when I recognized it coming.

This book helped me through a stressful time in my life and to look at my problems from another point. It’s so real and simple. Especially I love spiritual chapters. Other ones about cleaning and organising living environment weren't something new for me as I am an organised person. But for sure it has sense. Absolutely agree with an idea from Allyson’s book that the only thing you can get from constant rush is stress. And more stress. Also, it's the only thing you will lose if you slow down. This is what I understood when I changed priorities in my life. And I am so happy now.
