Hunter Blain is a genius. I rarely laugh out loud when reading a book but I couldn't control myself. It's perfection

Great new series!

I loved it. It’s is great Urban Famtasy adventure with lots of humor and pop culture references. It was fun. It also features the hands down best Narrator on Audible, Luke Daniels brings stories to life. Enjoy it, you won’t be disappointed!

I loved the this novella as an introduction to John. Great back story. well worth reading. comedic timing is spot on for my sense of humor. couldn't wait to hear more.

Amazing tease to a fantastic series

I wanted to see if I got the author's sense of humor, and boy oh boy do I. Another reviewer mentioned it turning into a Naked Gun type of parody, and I couldn't agree more.
The story starts off all serious before making fun of itself while still providing a unique storyline about a supernaturals desire for redemption. I cant freaking wait for the rest of the series! Especially if its Luke Daniels reading
